Shipping & Delivery

All shipments within the United States are free of charge via FedEx. For delivery, please allow up to 5 days from date of order. At present, Care Connect only supports shipments to locations within the United States. For locations outside of the US, please contact: support@careconnect365.com

Warranty, Returns & Replacements

CareConnect offers the most extensive warranty program available for devices in this class. We are pleased to extend 12 months of warranty from time of purchase. Warranty obligations are conditioned on Customers calling the CareConnect toll free support number (855) 750 0864 anytime during the warranty period for any failure of the product meeting the Limited Warranty provisions as described in the CareConnect Limited Warranty agreement: http://careconnect365.com/privacy-policy.html
All authorized returns require the issuance of an authorized Material Request (RMA). We will provide a Return Shipping label to cover the shipping costs of the return. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to Care connect.
